clients consist principally of closely-held businesses, professional
practices and their owners. We serve clients throughout North and South
Dakota, and western Minnesota. Client-size ranges from a few hundred
thousand to over a 100 million dollars in annual revenues.
We
serve clients in a variety of industries, with significant
concentrations in grain elevators, medical and dental practices,
construction contractors and various manufacturing and retail &
service businesses.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
John
Power has been in public accounting since 1980. From 1982 to 1988, John
owned an accounting firm in Hettinger, North Dakota. In December, 1988,
John moved to Bismarck, North Dakota and became a partner in the firm
Cleveland Power & Williams until August, 1991 when he opened his
own firm again, which he has operated to date.
Our firm belongs
to the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and has successfully completed four peer
reviews, receiving an unqualified opinion on our accounting and
auditing practices and procedures in all peer reviews. A copy of our
latest peer review is available upon request.
